Federal Waste Paper is located in Burlington, NC and serves
the Alamance County area. The recycling facility was established
in 1974, by entrepreneur George K. Jones, the facility handles
large volumes of all types of paper grades including some
non-paper grades, such as aluminum cans and plastic. Our company
has been in business for over 28 years, constantly changing
to meet the needs of all our customers. Whether an account
is large, requiring a drop trailer, or a small facility with
low volume of waste, we strive to accommodate our customer’s
needs.
Recovered Fiber is a major raw material in paper manufacturing.
The use of recovered fiber is environmentally friendly and
the most cost effective choice for paper mills. For every
100,000 pounds of recovered fiber that is recycled, there
is 100,000 pounds of recovered paper that won’t go into
the city or county landfill.
